FadeIQ Privacy Notice
FadeIQ provides live sports information. Home, Fade Watch, Games, Player Props, and Search require an active Pro subscription or a 24-hour Day Pass.
Information used by FadeIQ
- Device-scoped access ID: FadeIQ's server can issue an opaque user ID and bearer token for a device's access session. The user ID is used as the RevenueCat app user ID to associate that session with purchase records. The server stores the user ID and a one-way hash of the bearer token in its database; the raw token is returned only when the session is created. This access session does not require a name, email address, or account with cross-device identity.
- Purchase verification: When checking paid access, FadeIQ's server requests subscription and purchase records from RevenueCat and uses their product IDs, access state, purchase dates, expiration dates, and refund information to determine whether access is active. Purchases are made and managed through the applicable Apple in-app purchase flow and RevenueCat. FadeIQ does not accept purchase or entitlement claims from the app as proof of payment.
- Live sports data: The server requests sports odds and game data from The Odds API and betting-split data from Owls Insight. Requests may include the selected local game date and time-zone offset. Those providers may receive request information under their own terms and privacy notices.
- Operational data: FadeIQ processes request metadata, such as the API path, request method, response status, and errors, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider's practices.
How information is used
FadeIQ uses this information to provide the app's sports-data features, associate in-app purchases with the device-scoped access ID, verify paid access with RevenueCat, protect paid endpoints, and operate and troubleshoot the service.
Storage and sharing
The access ID and hashed session token are stored by FadeIQ's backend. FadeIQ sends the access ID to RevenueCat to look up the associated customer purchase records. Sports requests are sent to the applicable sports-data providers. Apple and RevenueCat handle in-app-purchase transactions and related records under their own terms and privacy notices.
Retention and choices
Device access-session records have no automatic expiration or in-app deletion flow. Users can manage eligible subscriptions through Apple's subscription management tools.
